The 2009 AFEEX will be held at Beijing Shichahai Sports School.

Established in 1958, Beijing Shichahai Sports School is located on the west bank of Shichahai. The school is one of bases for training young sports talents in Beijing, and rated as the national base for quality reserve talents and the national volleyball training base for quality reserve talents.

The school has trained up many sports talents for Beijing and for the country. Some of them are elite athelets like Teng Haibin and Ma Yanhong, the stars of gymnastics, Wang Tao and Zhang Yining, the world champions of table tennis, Luo Wei, the Olympic champion of taekwondo, Feng Kun, the Olympic champion of women's volleyball, Jet Li, the All-round Wushu champion and the movie and TV superstar, Liu Qinghua, the Wushu champion of the 13th Asian Games, Xie Jun, the international chess queen, and Dong Jiong, the Sudirman Cup world team badminton champion.

Buses
Many buses pass by: You may take bus No.13, No.42, No.107, No. 111, No. 118, No. 701, No. 810, No. 823, or No.850 and get off at Beihai Park North Gate; the school is to the north.

From Beijing Railway Station: about 7 km
Option 1: Take bus No. 104 and get off at Bei-Bing-Ma-Si, cross the street and transfer to bus No. 850, and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

Option 2: Take express bus No. 104 and get off at Andingmennei, cross the street and transfer to bus No. 850, and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

Option 3: Take subway Line 2 and get off at Chongwenmen, the interchange station, transfer to subway Line 5 and get off at Zhangzizhonglu, go out from Exit A, then take bus No.13, No.42, or No. 118 and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

From Beijing West Railway Station: about 10 km
Take bus No. 823 and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

Beijing South Railway Station: about 11 km
Option 1: Take bus No. 102 and get off at Xisilukou East, transfer to bus No. 850, and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

Option 2: Take bus No. 102 and get off at Baitasi, cross the street and transfer to bus No.823, and and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

From Beijing Capital Airport
Option 1: Take the airport shuttle (Beijing Capital Airport-Xidan) and get off at Dongsishitiao, transfer at Dongsishitiao West to bus No. 42, No. 118, No. 701 or No. 823, and stop at Beihai Park North Gate.

Option 2: Take Airport Express Rail and get off at Dongzhimen , the interchange station, transfer to subway Line 5 and get off at Zhangzizhonglu, go out from Exit A, then take bus No.13, No.42, or No. 118 and stop at Beihai Park North Gate
