How can I present at AFEEX?
Since 2004, the annual Asian Fitness Education Expo (AFEEX) has been attracting leading professionals and experts in the areas of Personal Training, Nutrition, Yoga, Pilates, Freestyle Aerobics & Dance, Boby Sculpting, Exercise Therapy, Club Management and Professional Development.
Through AFEEX, thousands of fitness professionals from around the Asia region have benefited from the training provided by over 100 international presenters coming from a dozen different countries.
At AFEEX, we invite top international presenters from around the globe with extensive credentials and experience in presenting in-depth and/or innovative techniques and knowledge to fitness professionals from around the Asia region. Presenters should have the ability to present practical and interactive sessions that will upgrade the professional knowledge of delegates and help with their continuing education:

If you are interested in presenting at any of our upcoming AFEEX, please see below substance we look for in your presentations:
- Contain Interactive and practical "how-to" components;
- Debut for the first time in Asia;
- Motivational and practical approach with a new direction or perspective on fundamental topics;
- In-depth education and training on topics that have already been delivered on other programs;
- Updated knowledge and information can contribute to professional development and advancement.
For selection criteria, Presenter must possess:
- Sound knowledge and proper credentials to present each submitted topic;
- Strong teaching skills and solid presentation experience in the topic area in which he/she is applying;
- Ability to accurately deliver new, creative approaches to each topic;
- Professional ethics and appearance
Please note: If selected,
- The information submitted herein will be used and may be edited accordingly to fit the conference programs. This includes, but is not limited to your bio, session topics and descriptions.
- AFEEX pays Presenters on a basis accordingly to the Presenter’s credential and references submitted. All first-time presenters will only have accommodation paid for and receive a complimentary registration to the event.
The Presenter Application Packet:
We require presenters to submit two photos:
1) Presenter headshot photo 2) Presenter ‘action’ photo
Please submit the photo electronically (to presenter@afeex.org) as a high resolution color .jpeg/jpg file along with your application form. The photos must be a minimum of 36x36cm in size.
For first time Presenters:
First time presenters are highly encouraged to submit additional materials in order to provide the Organizer with a better idea of presenters’ experience and background. Suggested materials include:
- References from professional referee(s)
- Video clip(s) of presentation
- List of Publication(s)
For Presenters who have previously presented at AFEEX, kindly submit a list of the updated presentation details together with updated credential and reference if any.
