Yoga Master Trainer
Roslyn took interest in yoga over eight years ago through books and videos. In 2003, she was introduced to a yoga school where she met her first teacher, Sravaniya DiPecoraro. Then, in 2005, she was very fortunate to start her Ashtanga practice with Michel Besnard, by completing Yoga Teacher Training courses with Yogasana.

Vinyasa Flow Part I : Hips movement (Body and Mind)
Roslyn will present a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class; which will work on your hips movement. It will include foundation yoga poses that will prepare your body for the other advance poses. Moving with your breath in each pose to experience the close connection within.

Vinyasa Flow Part II: Back and Core (Body and Mind)
Roslyn will lead you through poses that strengthen your back. To explore the beauty of the core, the class will focus on different dimension of the core, it is wonderfully arranged to support your back.
