Hip Hop Dance Instructor
Alfred is a lifelong athlete and dancer who received his formal dance training from the world renowned Broadway Dance Center. Alfred has been a professional in the fitness and dance industry for over 15 years, and has been a personal trainer for NBA and NFL professional cheerleaders, NCAA Division I Athletes and corporate executives. He has also choreographed for professional dance companies, university dance teams and champion body builders. Through his travels and acquired years of experience, he has become a presenter and keynote speaker for many academic, corporate and fitness and dance organizations.
