Senior Yoga Teacher

Wendy's yoga training started in 2001 in Los Angeles. She loved the heated practice for its ability to wring out her body pains, clean up her cluttered mind and cleanse her soul. Years later in California, Wendy began studying Kundalini Yoga and eventually took a teacher training course. She loves the spiritual aspect and unique practice, and sees yoga as surrender to all fears, in addition to practicing breath and patience. Later, she fell in love with the Vinyasa practice and took Baron Baptise teacher training.  Once moving to Hong Kong she deepened her studies during a intensive Hatha training in India.  Wendy combines all her experience into the classes she teaches, from her training on the mountain as a professional snowboarder,  to  time spent in gym as a gymnast, to now her healing practice of yoga.  She brings the spirit of the yoga practice to mat.

Power Vinyasa
Power Yoga is ideal for beginners who want to try a more challenging practice. This class includes a powerful sequence of postures that are energising, fun and dynamic. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended. This practice creates awareness in the mind and body and spirit.  This class emphasis being authentic and present about your practice, as well as about your life.  This practice will sequence linked postures together, uniting breath and movement.
